Q: What is a Devacut? A: A Devacut is not one particular shape. It is a dry curl cutting technique that can be used to create lots of different looks. Q: How do i arrive? A: Arrive for your appointment with your hair dry, down, and curly. Hair should be free of any matting or tangles. Product in your hair is acceptable as long as it’s not sticky. Extremely tangled or matted hair may be upcharged, if I have the extra time to do it. Otherwise, you will be sent home and asked to rebook. Q: What’s included? A consultation, custom curly dry cut, wash, deep condition & wash n go style. Q: Are you taking new clients? New client appointments are available from Tuesday to Friday between 10am and 4pm. Q: When are your next openings? A: Used to be about 12 weeks out. (Sooner since covid) check on my booking site! Q: Do you require a deposit? A: New clients must pay a 1/2 down deposit to be credited to the service before booking an appointment. Q: What is your no-show fee-cancellation policy? A: No shows and cancellations less than 48 hours prior to their appointment are responsible paying 1/2 their service price. Q: Should i get a curly cut? A: Curly cuts are suggested for people that wear their hair curly most of the time. Q: Am I curly enough? Too curly? A: Wavy, curly & coily are all welcomed! Q: Do you do kids' cuts? A: I do offer kids haircuts. You are expected the help keep your kid still. I love kids but am not good at bossing around children that aren’t mine! Q: Do you color? A: I’m no longer taking new color clients. Q: What books do you recommend for curly hair maintenance?
